Breakaway Civilization, ET hypothesis and Richard Dolan's doubts

Dear P.Fogg.
Many thanks for your phone call concerning the Breakaway Civilization confusion. As before I insist that B.C. sample was just that, a sample of a meme that could look as a planted disinformation meme.
Professor Richard Dolan recognizes that the B.C. existence is hypothetic and agrees that the social phenomenon can be imaginary. A disinfo-op will never do that, but Richard, in his honest agnosticism, says this:
“Even if UFOs were to turn out to be a unique form of mass hallucination (which they will not), this study will still have value for its review of how the U.S. national security apparatus handled the problem. If there are other answers, then this book should clarify some of the key patterns involved"
Even more Professor Dolan recognizes the decadence of the so called UFO enigma with these words: “Because the subject of UFOs has become little more than a cultural joke, it is important to stress at the outset why it is not a joke, not entertainment, but something worthy of serious attention. At the same time, I want to make it clear that what I offer in these pages is not so much a definitive answer to the subject, but my interpretation of the available facts.
These expressions tell us a lot about Richard Dolan and his ideas and doubts which are many, indeed.
