In my last message concerning tactics and strategy in disinformation, a sample was chosen: the Breakaway Civilization, which was produced by Ufologist Richard Dolan. The meme however is growing since now another well known UFO-conspiracy theorist Alfred Webre is also talking about the B.C. meme.

Perhaps you will find this curious but I don’t. Why? Just because I know something about the mentioned tactics.  

Let me tell you something else, call it a coincidence. Richard Dolan is now finding some association between “his” Breakaway Civilization Theory and the Illuminati. (You know that this Secret Society is frequently present in A.Webre’s rhetoric.)

This is how IT works, just the head of an iceberg, of course. Very professional, right?

But there is a little more. In the last link you will find that Dr Robin Falkov talks also about the Breakaway Civilization and the Secret Space Program. And Please Mr. Fogg, always remember that I am just suggesting coincidences. After all, the late Algerian- French philosopher Jacques Derrida told us that everything is text, and that nothing is extra-textual.

About technique, method and persistence in Disinformation.

I think that our friends (and foes) will be interested in this short but substantial message 

Dear Mr. Fogg.

Concerning your last question which is the most important and perhaps the only one valid, let me tell you this.

In Disinformation, persistence is basic and fundamental. The infamous Goebbels, Minister of Propaganda in the Third Reich saw this clearly when he said, I think in 1938, that “ a lie is
repeated one hundred times, becomes true.”

Let me show this as a fact and not a theory. The Breakaway Civilization idea is perhaps more absurd and impossible than the cover-up itself. “Nobody can believe that here, in this same planet there is a secret advanced civilization with its own space program and extraterrestrial advisers.”

Think in that “nobody” word Fogg, and let me tell you this. B.C. is an excellent and very effective sample of disinformation, and what R.N. does is great. He keeps talking about Breakaway Civilization. He persists in the nonsense because a lie repeated one hundred times becomes true.

Disinformation, Misinformation, Decoy, Double Binding, Lateral Logic, Paradox, Fiction to Fact are techniques, methods of a grand Strategy but we will not care about this now.

So, you will be wrong if you reject big nonsense thinking that the obviously absurd cannot be disinformation.

Instead, watch the persistence of the meme. Consider the apparent contradiction between the cultural background of the presumed disinformer and the absurdity of the nonsense he or she is working on.

Oh, and please, remember that my examples of disinformation are not necessarily so. My samples are just samples. That’s it.

BREAKAWAY CIVILIZATION IS BROKEN.

The Breakaway Civilization is one of the greatest ufological discoveries of this century and the most challenging. It was UFO historian Richard Dolan who exposed this social, scientific, psychological and historical development to the public.

Since we have excellent contacts and abundance of sources, we decided to explore this forbidden world and here are some of our findings. One of these sources told us that the Breakaway Civilization

We meet with our insider and some other whistle-blowers and were informed about the bankruptcy of the B.C.

This secret civilization probably was the consequence of certain contacts between humans and advanced non-human intelligences. The privileged human group who made contact, seemingly employed this galactic knowledge and technology in the development of the breakaway civilization including a secret space program.

Big money was needed and some nations who will not be named here, lend billions. With all this money, the members of the B.C. not only bought new houses, islands, ships and private jets but paid astronomic salaries to some presumed extraterrestrial and extra-dimensional  scientists for the construction of interplanetary and interstellar vehicles.

But not all the extraterrestrials were ET, and not all the extra-dimensional were who they said they were.

Besides, some of the Neo-civilized came back to the good old civilization bringing big bags full of money.

The ETs and EDs also disappeared, and the money ended in Switzerland banks and money laundering experiments.

Some experts believe that the whole thing, including the contact with alien intelligences was a big fraud, while others, even more skeptic, think that the Breakaway Civilization was a creation of the fertile mind of a science-fiction writer that sells his fictions as facts.

I feel now that these events must be known, since sooner or later Humanity will be ready to confront unbearable evils and/ or desirable benedictions.

I live alone in my apartment, in Rome, which is comfortable and secure.

To make it simple, since there are important things to solve here, I was abducted while in bed, following the classic well known patterns of the so called Alien Abductions.

However, in my case, some elements are in did different that those patterns.

First, the abduction maneuvers were performed, if my memory was not deliberately deluded, by the so called “Greys” .

After a period of time which I could not measure, not even with the help of my Psychoanalyst and under hypnosis, found myself sitting in a very comfortable armchair and in a living room that could belong to some old country house in Great Britain.

My fears and anxiety were now mutated into perfect calm and comfort and after a couple of minutes, a gentleman dressed like a Victorian gentleman, bowed and told me :

-. Signore Sinistrari, we hope you will forgive us for our intrusion in thy house and life…but as you will soon understand it was necessary, because in your present times, good men of honor and culture fewer and fewer.

-. Sorry but  I think you just told me about my present times…and I thought that my present times are also…yours. We live in the same time right?

The man smiled and his answer was:

Suddenly, this shocking revelation clarified my memory. Suddenly I recognize the Victorian gentleman who was no other than Andy Basiago, the well known time-space jumper and whistleblower who met a young man called Suetoro (now USA President Obama,) in Mars.
